Very Important Tips – Please read them carefully when purchasing:

Micro SD card is Not Included in the package.

Please use a brand Class 10, 16GB-32GB micro SD card. If you want to use 64GB or 128G micro SD card, please format Micro SD card to FAT32 on PC, then format it again on dash cam.（Note: Please be sure it's a true branded U3 or above high-speed SD card)

Please set the sensitivity of G-sensor to "LOW". Otherwise the dash cam may lock the video files and the SD card space will be running out soon. Once the SD card is full, the dash cam will stop looping recording and ask you to format it.

Please turn on "Parking Monitor" to provide your car with 24H protection when parked.

Please press the OK button to pause the recording first, then press the MENU button to access the setting.

Please don't turn on the Motion Detection, otherwise the camera will keep recording when it detects any motion, which prevents access to the MENU setting.

This dash cam's built-in battery is only designed for parking monitor. It requires a constant power supply when daily recording, so it needs to be plugged into the car's cigarette lighter.

How to install the suction cup mount?

Please clean the windshield and remove the protector, then attach it on the windshield and twist the bracket to lock it.

How to remove it?

Please twist the bracket to unlock first, then pick up the small silicone pad to release the suction and remove it from the windshield. Please do not pull out the suction cup directly.

Important Tips for the suction cup mount

To prevent the camera from falling off the slot easily, the slot is designed to be tight, and the suction cup needs to be pushed into the innermost side of the slot, as shown in the picture.

If the suction cup mount is only pushed to the slot a little bit, the suction cup mount will not be firm so that it's easy to fall down.
If you have any issues on it, we'd like to send you a new suction cup mount. Please check the contact in the final page in the user manual. We will address it within 24 hours.
